Willow is a pastry chef, originally from Ottawa, who came to Montreal with her husband (also a culinarian) after working together in Toronto.
She comes in the morning to prepare our desserts, all of which are made in-house. These include are old favourites like chocolate cake and mille-feuilles (which you can see her prepare in the video we've posted.)
More recently, she's started introducing specials like the blueberry pie you can also see her putting together. She bakes these so she can take advantage of the exceptional local fruit Montrealers enjoy at this time of year. They've been very popular with our customers.
People don't always think "dessert" when they think "Steakhouse," but they should!
